About this system
The Vulcan S100 is a salt-free electronic anti-scale system for pipes 2½" - 6" (64 - 150 mm) and rated for flows up to 120 m³/h (530 gpm). Built for commercial buildings: restaurants, clinics, offices, car washes and multi-residential risers, where scale on water heaters, boilers and fixtures drives maintenance costs.
Impulse bands wrap around the outside of the existing pipe, so there is no cutting, no bypass and no shutdown. The control unit sends electronic impulses into the water that change how calcium crystallizes: the minerals stay in the water, but the scale loses its ability to bond to pipes, heaters and heat exchangers. Nothing is added to the water and there is no brine to discharge.
The unit has 10 programs, set during installation to the pipe material and diameter at the install point.
Model choice depends on pipe diameter at the install point and peak flow. We confirm both on site and test your water before recommending a unit — and as an authorized GTA Vulcan distributor, we install it and handle the warranty.
