Choosing uv disinfection systems
Ultraviolet light inactivates bacteria, viruses and cysts without adding anything to the water. It is the standard final barrier on any private well.
NSF/ANSI 55 Class A models are validated for water of unknown quality. Lamps are replaced once a year, sleeves every few years.
