Choosing ro filters & membranes
An RO system is only as good as its cartridges. Sediment and carbon pre-filters are changed every six to twelve months; the membrane usually lasts two to five years depending on feed water.
Always replace pre-filters on schedule - they are what protect the membrane, which is the expensive part.
